The Vitis Squash Camp is back in 2024 - it will the 18th edition of the intensive 5-day program, testing all participants to the physical & mental limits. Whilst the camp focuses on the developmental aspects of Junior players, giving them an experience for 5 days of what it feels like to train like professional - adult players are also welcome.
The camp recommends that all players wishing to attend engage in a good preparation of the following in the 2-3 months leading up to the camp:
3-4 X 90 mins squash training (games / routines) weekly
2-3 X 30-45 mins Cardio /Interval training weekly (e.g Run, bike, X-trainers)
2-3 X 15-20 mins Strength / Core training weekly (e.g HIIT Workouts / push-ups / planks etc.)
